Meet Our Horse Partners

Tripoli is a 17 year old Appaloosa-Welsh Pony gelding who has been with us the longest of our herd. He has been on the farm since 2011 and is an incredibly sensitive soul that helps us create meaningful connections with our clients.

Summer is a 17 year old Palomino Quarter Horse mare who has been on the farm since 2016. Her calm personality is contagious and an asset to our program.

Stormy joined the farm in 2023. He is a miniature horse and has previously been used in a therapeutic program. Stormy is a 12 year old gelding and, with his pasture mate Chance, is a great addition to the program. Stormy is definitely the boss and he doesn't hesitate to let the herd know when he wants to be with the people!

Chance joined the farm in 2023. He is a miniature horse and has previously been used in a therapeutic program. Chance is a 8 year old gelding and, with his pasture mate Stormy, is a great addition to the program. Chance loves people and is the first one to approach you in the field. He also loves his grass!

Mama, along with her daughter Baby, are the newest additions to the farm, joining the herd in 2024. Mama is a miniature horse and a 13 year old mare. Mama is very food motivated but tends to be a little more shy around people. She is also very protective of her "Baby" and can usually be found nearby. s his grass!

Baby, along with her dam Mama, joined the herd in 2024. She is a miniature horse and is a 7 year old mare. Baby is the sweetest member of our herd and is a cuddle bug. If you could pick her up and cuddle like a baby, she would be fine with that. Baby likes to follow you around the pasture, as long as she isn't being "herded" to safety by Mama.
